How to check regulator:
Attach multi-meter testing pen to both end of regulator, measure 5v while main power supply to MCU board.
Replace it if the values lower than 5v.
If Regulator works well, replace the Transistor (2) at priority, follow by Power IC (3)& IC Chip (4)
