How to check regulator:
Attach multi-meter testing pen to both end of regulator, measure 5v while main power supply to MCU board.
Replace it if the values lower than 5v.

To check 3.3v convert 1.8v regulator: Attach multi-meter’s testing pen to 2nd & 3rd pin (right side) as shown in the picture, supply main power to the MCU board and measure 3.3v. Replace new regulator if the value less than 3.3v. |

If 3.3v convert 1.8v Regulator works well, replace the IC Chip (3) at priority. |
