TimeTec Security Panel List (TSPL) Program is a program created with the objective to gather an exclusive list of quality security companies to be featured as preferred security companies within TimeTec’s vast customer network.
TimeTec has been known as a leading developer and provider of biometric security, smart cloud-based system for workforce and security, as well as smart community system provider nationwide. Since its inception in the year 2000, the company has built trusted brands to a large network of clients and resellers in Malaysia. For i-Neighbour alone, our teams have had countless interactions with the residents and the management, and it is apparent that more than 80% of them are not satisfied with the guarding services received from the security companies.
While the arguments could be misleading or not necessarily on point, there is no way to prove them otherwise. With this much dissatisfaction stemming from mere observation, security companies are always at the losing side when it comes to price negotiation, and this has prevented them from securing more quality guards with better price tags. We are confident that the same issues are faced in working settings and environment.
