In managing a legion of cleaners in its operation, Crystal Clear Cleaning switched to biometrics for a more trustworthy attendance system. The Face ID X 3G face recognition devices work as intended and eradicate buddy-punching past occurrences. Nevertheless, when these devices are fixed at the office, monitoring employees who work at the sites becomes a challenge. The same problem occurs when monitoring employees who were working out of the office and working from home. The rigidity of the biometrics system has forced Crystal Clear Cleaning to look for other options. On top, the process of collecting time attendance data from the biometrics devices with Windows software can be time-consuming, if the devices are transported to the site for verification.

Crystal Clear Cleaning turns to TimeTec TA, the cloud-based Time Attendance system to solve the issue.

TimeTec TA is a subscription-based time and attendance system that provides three clocking methods simultaneously. Attendance data from biometrics devices, App (GPS, Wifi, Beacon) and web are all consolidated in one central system for better management. In tackling employees who work-on-site and work-from-home, all employees must download the TimeTec TA App and clock using GPS from their smartphones. By clocking this way, the head office will get the exact location and the timestamp of the employee in real-time for easy monitoring. The head office can also determine the geofence of GPS clocking, to limit the radius allowed for employees who work outside the office to clock in using GPS via their App. Besides, TimeTec TA makes their existing biometric devices data relevant because it consolidates all the data into one centralized system in TimeTec TA web version for easy management.
