Changing step:
For power failure issue replace the TVS1 over-voltage protection diodes (1), follow by 3.3V chip (2), 1.8V chip (3), 32.768K crystal (4) and 12M crystal (5). If the mentioned component replaced but the connection still not working, change new MCU Board.
