Changing step:
Remove & replace the new RS232 chip if you have RS232 connection issue.
If the chip has been replaced but the connections problem persists, you will have to replace the IC chip**

**The IC Chip must be purchased from FingerTec. Provide the model number of the fingerprint reader.
