Changing the components:
For the TCP/IP connection issue, replace the NTC Transformer (1) by priority; followed by the Network Crystal (2), and Davicom-8000AEP chip (3). If the mentioned components have been replaced but the connection is still not working, please proceed to change the new Flash IC Chip (4).
