From 13 to 16th of May 2010, World Connection, FingerTec distributor in Qatar participated in an inaugural show of ITech2010 in Doha, capital of Qatar. The ITech2010, organized by Qatar Expo featured technology distributors and manufacturers from over 17 countries offering a full range of customer electronics, home entertainment and business ICT technology in the “ITech Sales Zone” in over 2500sqm of space and another 500sqm of space was dedicated to “ITech Display Zone” for exhibitors. Overall, 60 companies took part in the show across the IT industries from general technologies to gaming business intelligence to billing system and more. |

| World Connection felt that the exposure ITech2010 could provide to FingerTec products was tremendous because this was first time it was staged in Qatar and the publicities invested in the event were overwhelming. According to the General Manager of World Connection, Mr Ibrahim H. Elshamy “World Connection looked at this event as an opportunity to establish and enhance our business of FingerTec system in some of the biggest projects in Qatar.” The presence of the brand to the target audience is crucial to establish their confidence on the brand. “A part of our focus will be to offer them FingerTec technology and the logistics will enable them to advance in their business and operations,” mentioned Ibrahim. The show was deemed a success with a vast number of visitors and enquiries received about FingerTec system during the event.
