Attendance Check-In Options Made Possible by TimeTec Cloud

Let’s learn how to enable web punch if you are an administrator
 
  Go to User     User Account
 
 
Select the Employee and Click
A new window pops up:
 
Select Yes for both Web Punch & Web Login. Assign a password for the account & make sure the email address is available and valid. Click Submit to continue.
 
 
To send a new password
In case the employee forgets his/her login password to TimeTec Cloud, the system can send the new login password to him/her.
 
Select the employee by checking the box next to his/her ID
Click Send New Password
System asks for your confirmation
Click Yes to proceed
 
 
And how does an employee verify their Web Punch?
Enter password and click ‘Web Punch’.
Your attendance will appear at the Clocking Time table
 
 
 
This is how to clock in and check your attendance data in TimeTec Mobile
Go to iTunes or GooglePlay and look for “TimeTec”
Download the app for FREE
Choose TimeTec Cloud, key in your username password.
 
 
Key in username & password to login          Touch at the green scanner to verify your attendance
 
 
TimeTec Cloud will capture your geo location during the verification. View your attendance records at Attendance tab.
 
 
Print your attendance report directly from your phone Set your settings according to your preferences.
