Our warranty system works as such where all you need to do is submit a warranty claim on our warranty claim website, and we’ll replace the defective parts for you without any question, in your next order. |

However, to maintain this system, we request that all our partners and resellers return their faulty spare parts of which we have replaced under our warranty scheme, in an interval of 6 months, instead of having to do it immediately. |
