| Since the introduction of the Touch ID feature that is available for certain iPhone devices (5S, 6 & 6 Plus) and iPad devices (Air 2 & Mini 3) for seamless fingerprint identification, our iOs application users will be delighted to find that TimeTec Mobile is configured to automatically detect whether the users have already enrolled their fingerprints with Touch ID when clocking-in. If TimeTec Mobile detects the availability of the fingerprint, the application will then prompt a message to ask for the user’s fingerprint to proceed with the clock-in. However, if no fingerprints are detected, users can only clock-in via mobile web check-in which is then relayed to the TimeTec server. |
