| With two factory sites that employ a total of 600 employees, TELE-PAPER previously relied on a traditional punch card terminal to track their employees’ working hours. Even with a fully-staffed HR department, the process to manually review and calculate the working hours and payroll of all the employees was a lengthy and costly one. With the two factories situated at different sites, coupled with weak timesheet control, repeated “buddy-punching” offences and overlooked errors have instead resulted in “hidden” expenses that added up fast, burning a big hole in the hard-earned profits of the organization. |

| With time running out fast for TELE-PAPER, the company was hard pressed to come up with a clever but effective time attendance solution that satisfies their needs and still within their budget MYSolutions recommended FingerTec Face ID 4 along with the R2 and the R2c. The Face ID 4 device was installed at the two factory lots whereas the R2 and R2C were installed at the administration department. Pleased with the quick and prompt installation of the devices, TELE-PAPER’s HR team took on the enormous task of mastering the unfamiliar TCMS V2 software system. |
