| Bilal Mining Services Ltd. (BMSL) is a subsidiary company of Afro Bilal Ghana Limited set up in April 2015 with a major focus on contract mining and heavy equipment rental. BMSL aims to provide the highest quality of construction equipment, support services and project management to their clients and they strive to maintain unsurpassed quality equally for both performance and safety. However, with a workforce of over 500 employees and having a time attendance system that has no support for multi-shift feature, the company gathered that it requires a more flexible alternative in order to achieve its mission. Through Telecomputer Network Systems, FingerTec reseller in Ghana, BMSL was introduced to FingerTec and the TCMS V3 software. The TCMS V3 has all the multi-shift features they directly required and it also comes bundled with FingerTec advanced biometrics terminal that not only eliminates ‘buddy-punching’ occurrences but also produces accurate clocking data at all times. |
