TCMS V3 is Ready to Take Off!
The Official Launch is Set on 1st August 2016
After half a year in Beta program, TCMS V3 is officially ready for the market consumption starting 1st August 2016. Customers who purchase FingerTec Time Attendance terminals can request for TCMS V3 copy to be bundled with their products soon. However, FingerTec will only bundle your purchase with one preferred software of your choice for Time Attendance, meaning that you can only choose TCMS V2 or TCMS V3 copy for your product.

TCMS V3 adopts all the useful time and attendance features from TCMS V2 that have been tested and utilized by thousands of customers worldwide. This initial TCMS V3 official release is offered on MS Access platform based on the feedback we gathered from the market, and later on the development will continue on MySQL platform to cater to a larger database, which most probably would meet the customers by end of the year.

Improvements made in TCMS V3 include creation of users in batch, a setup wizard to simplify the tricky scheduling settings, multiple language for different regions, and flexibility to integrate with third party resources to simplify process and provide convenience to users, and many more.

Features offered in TCMS V3 are suitable for various sizes of company. With TCMS V3, you can consolidate your entire workforce; manage and monitor them systematically from one centralized software. It offers real-time monitoring, management of clocking schedules that enables daily, weekly and flexible modes to support standard, overnight and multiple shift settings, providing companies with great versatility in managing their workforce regardless of sizes.

Other additions that make up TCMS V3 are its screen-lock function, automatic logout after timeout moment, new tree structure look and feel with ribbon-style layouts, option to login with fingerprint and etc.

From October 2016 onwards, TCMS V3 will be officially bundled with all FingerTec Time Attendance models, totally replacing TCMS V2. By October 2016, all requests for TCMS V2 licenses will be chargeable.
