| Once again as with every year end, it is time to ring in another new year. 2014 has come and finally left us and we at FingerTec are excited to move on and start a new chapter for 2015. Although a year of tragedy may have left the whole nation of Malaysia still mourning silently over the loss of loved ones and kin alike in the wake of the two disastrous aviation accidents, we have shown the world that our hearts and minds are one and united even when in grief and that THE SHOW MUST GO ON while we look towards an unpredictable future with hope and faith still occupying a space within our hearts.
With the unveiling of our 2015 magazine issue, we would like to invite our readers to come witness and celebrate the transformations we’ve undergone as a global provider of biometric solutions in 2014 as we look back upon some of our major milestones and product highlights of the year. With the new year in tow, we will continue to relentlessly tackle our ever-growing list of goals and objectives not only by striving to incorporate the essence of great customer service in everything that we do, but also to upgrade our solutions to cater to an upscale and vertical market and finally, through recruiting the best minds in the industry to ensure a constant and quality supply to our talent pool. To start with, we’re proud to announce that our R&D team has recently expanded into a fresh, sleek new office space located all the way in the Malaysia‘s premier ICT hub at Cyberjaya while customers and resellers would be pleased to note that we have further extended our warranty period to 36 months and plenty of other inspiring features such as our yearly global client highlights from all around the world along with our newly updated Global Reseller Program microsite with plenty of surprises in store for our new and old resellers alike. |
