FingerTec offers Ingress in two databases, Microsoft Access Database (MDB) and Ingress MySQL. These databases were made available at different times, and due to this, some of our clients want to switch from Ingress MySQL to Microsoft Access Database (MDB) to experience the simplicity of Access. However, many customers approach this with caution and they would want an option to revert to the original database in case of any mishap.
Therefore, to assist you in making that switch successfully and without worry, all you need to do is to send us the backup database and inform us which database you want to convert it to. FingerTec team will keep your original database and convert the database accordingly.
