MultiCom, a Tunisian company established in 2005 as a service company doing international trading of security solutions. The company is offering a wide range of products and having a network of around 100 installer and distributors nationwide. At the beginning of 2008, MultiCom started to promote FingerTec® and the focused was on TA100 series for time attendance and AC900 for door access series.
The target markets for FingerTec® products in Tunisia according to Mr Nidhal Jerbi, Director of MultiCom, are more on the private sectors particularly hotel, banking and security industries. Therefore, for MultiCom to establishing strong relationships with the private sectors in Tunisia is inevitable to ensure the success of FingerTec business. At the same time however, MultiCom also promotes FingerTec® to the public sector including to ministries and the results so far are encouraging.
MultiCom's customers which include authorized installers and resellers for example Télésys, Genetels, Inellab, Protec and MCI, trust the brand FingerTec® for its stability and reliability. The same qualities build up FingerTec® brand amongst MultiCom’s Tunisian end customers. The availability of powerful software also helps the sales and marketing of FingerTec® products in 2009. |
