MOTEK Hanoi Secures With FingerTec

In view of its rapid expansion, the security of their assets and their employees have become a pressing issue and Motek consulted Futech, FingerTec’s esteemed partner in Hanoi Vietnam for advise. Futech recommended biometrics fingerprint technology pairing with mifare solutions for a more secure and robust system to secure Motex premises.

Having no access control system in place before, the investors of Motex insisted that they source for high quality brand instead of the substandard low-cost products which couldn’t stand wear and tear for a long period of time. FingerTec products have been in the market for 15 years, the products are warranted for 36 months and the support is available all year round. The proposal for FingerTec products received a green light from the investors and FuTech are in charge of the entire system installation.

30 R2 Mifare and 9 Face ID 2 were installed recently in Motex’s building for security purpose and they are implementing Ingress as a centralized hub for the security activities. With this system in place, all employees must register their fingerprint in the Mifare card which then be verified at the R2 terminal. The client is satisfied with the job well done and now they are looking to integrate cameras with Ingress software to further tighten the overall security.

FuTech is a not a new kid on the block when it comes to biometrics installation. They have been dealing with biometrics technology business for quite sometimes and they are FingerTec’s reseller for a good 5 years. FuTech is also handling the training and commissioning of the entire system for Motex.
