Up close and personal series this month brings you a young, friendly and vibrant personality, Ms. Farah Wahidda Brohan, our beloved Receptionist. She first stepped into FingerTec in the middle of 2009 but not as a Receptionist. Her pleasant voice and great manners had caught the attention of the management and she was offered a position as a Receptionist cum Admin Clerk at TimeTec’s headquarters in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia, shortly after she joined. The experience she had as a Customer Service Representative of a renowned Japanese store in Malaysia has helped her a lot in this duty.
