| Lights, Camera and Action as FingerTec Was On Display at Broadcast, Film & Music Africa 2013! | ||||

Broadcast, Film & Music Africa 2013 was held from the 26th till the 27th of June at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre. The theme of the conference was “Building a world class digital media industry in Africa.” and the conference provided a stock-taking opportunity for players in the industries and empower them with the knowledge and vast business contacts they will need to bolster their gains even further. Aside from broadcast, film and music, other players that took part in the conference include facilities providers, doners and faith-based organizations, advertising and marketing agencies and mobile and fixed telephone operators. |

FingerTec reseller in Kenya, Smoothtel & Data Solutions Ltd., took part in the conference as well by exhibiting our products. Some of the products on display include Keylock 8800, TA300, R2, Face ID 2 and Face ID 4 and those who came to visit the booth were impressed with the products that were on display. The face recognition devices, Face ID 2 and Face ID 4, was liked by the attendees, who praised the terminals for its contactless verification and advanced technology in using facial patterns to verify attendance and increase the level of access control within one’s premises. Smoothtel also remarked that the market is ripe for FingerTec products due to being highly efficient biometric devices. From the conference, they were able to receive many potential customers who are interested in FingerTec products and require them to be deployed for their business and have been diligent in following up with these customers in order to close the sales. |
