| To kick start with, FingerTec Cloud Center (FCC) is the brand’s data storage facility offered to all our much-valued customers as an additional service when they purchase FingerTec’s biometric products. In FCC, customers can store their terminal information, transaction logs and user data as backup to prevent mishaps in data handling. The data kept in FCC is in raw format and is readable when transferred to Ingress, TCMS V2 and TCMS V3 software.
Like any other FingerTec products and services we are at all times ensuring to sharpen and enhance user experience for FCC as well. With that intention in goal, this time around we have created four new features, one of it being “Add New User”, whereby the admin user may add multiple other users in the selected terminal. Details that can be added are user data like, user ID, name, and card number. Aside that, the admin may also grant privilege to individual users as the enroller, admin, or supervisor.
Another added feature is the enabling of “Transfer User Data”, where the data of user A can be transferred to other terminals effortlessly. The operating admin may transfer, fingerprints plus any other preferred user data tha¬t is available from the terminal.
These features bring about a great deal for the customers as it tags along convenience and in a double shot acts as a time saving agent as well. For instance, a manager who is managing multiple branches is now able to transfer user credential via FCC without needing to physically go to all the branches under his/her care. Similarly a newly hired employee is no longer burdened to be present in the company’s respective headquarters to have his/her credentials registered or to visit specific software. Everything can be taken care of via one central point, FCC.
The third added feature is the Terminal Command Queue Module whereby the admin is now able to view via all the commands sent from the respective terminals to the software along with it's relevant information such as when the software received the commands and when the commands were completed.
