Recently, FingerTec has added yet another scanning device into its product portfolio mix and it is QR110; the QR code reader for door access. This system utilizes a QR code generated image to open doors. After the issuance of the QR Code, all employees need to do is to scan the QR code on his/her phone on QR110 in order to gain access. Additionally, all the access activities will be saved into Ingress for future and further reference.

*Please note that the QR code is an image and it doesn’t have security elements embedded into it. Thus, as a precaution, the owner of the QR code must safeguard the QR code issued to him or her safely in their personal smartphone for their own usage.
