| In FingerTec’s effort to embrace cloud technology and ecosystem, the company plans to offer free data storage at FingerTec Cloud Center starting July 2015 to all our customers worldwide. Enter July, all FingerTec customers can choose to store backup data on FingerTec Data Center free of charge when they register at FingerTec Global Product Warranty. |

| When this service is activated, every time a customer registers for warranty online, the system will prompt him to choose for option either to access FingerTec Cloud Center or to subscribe to TimeTec Cloud. The FingerTec Cloud Center can be accessed after registrations of credentials have been completed. This option to keep the data at FingerTec Cloud Center is not compulsory and it is solely on customer’s discretion and approval. The data stored at the FingerTec Cloud Center include terminal information, transactions data and user data and it’s presented in a simplified form, solely meant for backup purpose. For a more comprehensive usage of time attendance data, subscription at TimeTec is the better option. Data stored at FingerTec Cloud Center will be kept for 3 months at first in, first out rule. |

| The objective of storing data at FingerTec Cloud Center is to provide our customers with comfort knowing that their data has been backed up safely at our servers and in any case of data lost, retrieval of the backup data can be done effortlessly. In any case that you need the data to be kept at a longer duration, we might offer some packages at minimal fee to support the requirement. |
