| FingerTec Travels to Moscow for MIPS 2015 |

| From 13 to 16 April 2015, FingerTec travelled to Russia to stage a show in MIPS 2015 yet again, which was held at All Russian Convention Centre near Prospect Mira, Moscow. MIPS is the largest fire and security industry event in Eastern Europe and Russia, attracting crowds from the former Soviet Union countries including Kazakhstan, Georgia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and of course the largest of them all, Russia. Russia alone has a population of 160 million and it’s economy is fuelled largely by natural resources such as natural gas and metals. |

| Our FingerTec booth was located near the main entrance of Hall A, featuring Russia’s favorite color red as our feature wall. Even though this is the fifth year that FingerTec has participation in MIPS, the crowd was still very much intrigued by the novelty of biometric technologies that we presented. We believe that the implementation of biometric technologies in the land of the tsars is still very marginal and niche, and we also observed there were not many biometrics suppliers during the exhibition. The extreme Europe weather could be one of the main reasons for the lack of biometrics implementation because an outdoor installation just wouldn’t work out in such freezing temperatures; another reason would be the strict custom rule of importation to Russia and other Eastern Europe nations. |

| Nonetheless, many were impressed by the facial recognition identification technology and verification speed of Face ID 2, which we featured in the show. Contactless systems could be the solution to marketing biometrics solutions to these European countries and the importance of having software in Russian language is paramount. The 4-day exhibition presented us with the opportunity to showcase the latest products R3 and TA500 and since cloud technology is gaining popularity in this country and many vendors talked about cloud in this exhibition, TimeTec has the golden opportunity to flourish in this difficult market. |
