Our main objective of exhibiting in such an event was to receive international exposure for FingerTec, and also recruit new resellers for the brand. We want to show that although the product is based in Malaysia, we are capable of reaching international standards of quality and branding. By the end of the exhibition, we did receive many international inquiries from countries such as Kenya, Japan, Nigeria, India, Ghana, and many of them were directed to our facial recognition terminal, the Face ID 3, as well as on the general technology behind biometric devices.
We also met up with our current customers, who were currently using previous or older versions of FingerTec models, and were there to see the upgraded devices that we have. It was nice to catch up with them, finding out how our systems were performing, and their plans for expansion in the future. On the whole, participating in the show was a good move for our objective, as we received many inquirers and potential client’s contact, summing up our success in INTRADE Malaysia 2012.
