| At FingerTec, we are taking a step towards improving our solutions and services for the good of our customers and in view of the common confusion about the contents of the boards that we sent out, the Company is providing our clients with detailed written information on a form accompanying the main parts for your easy reference. Starting May, every core board, MCU board and LCD board for warranty purpose or purchased from FingerTec will be attached with a form containing detail info of the part. It is recommended that you keep the information intact with the respective board to determine the firmware being loaded into the board(s) and other information downright to the personnel who did the QC of the board. We believe that with the right information conveyed, we could reduce the errors causing by the confusion. A copy of the same form is available with us at FingerTec Headquarters for future reference. |
