FingerTec Showcased in the Land of Beauty - Iran

FingerTec along with its partner Bartar Andishan Sanabad Co. recently worked together to participate in the 11th Tehran Industry International Exhibition (TIIE) in Iran!

The exhibition took place at the Tehran Permanent Fair Ground, in the capital of the country. The TIIE had more than 300 participants from all over the world exhibiting their industrial machines from power generators to construction cranes and other equipment. Most companies that participated were those manufacturing, selling, and leasing large-sized machinery - office automation companies were close to, if not none, with the exception of FingerTec.

For that reason, FingerTec stood out in the exhibition as not only was it one of the only companies that was featuring office automation, but also the only one to feature biometrics technology for office automation. Sure, construction companies would be attending the TIIE to source for equipment but at the same time, the great thing about the time attendance and access control industry is that applies to almost all industries, as long as there is an office involved.

Many were fascinated and taken by surprise at the still novel technology of fingerprint and face recognition for and office attendance and access control system. All sorts of FingerTec models were displayed and tested by visitors at the booth from TA100C to the R2 to the Face ID 2, and the language localization to Arabic impressed our Middle Eastern booth visitors. The vast scale of the 4-day exhibition brought to us a total of more than 150 visitors to our booth daily - an opportunity indeed for FingerTec to get its brand name out there. The popular terminals that seemed to get more attention was the TA200 Plus/ Q2i, Face ID 2, and the R2 & R2i, suggesting that the Iranian and Middle Eastern market were interested in more premier quality fingerprint terminals.

Representatives from Bartar Andishan Sanabad Co. and their reseller, DATCO, was also present with FingerTec Worldwide’s representative to promote the FingerTec brand and to reach out to visitors in a more local manner as they were fluent in the Arabic and Persian languages. Overall, with the tons of traffic present at the exhibition and the potential leads that accompanied it, participating in the TIIE was a very strategic move for FingerTec indeed!
