The impact of social media on businesses and brands is greater than ever before, shying away from using the readily available platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and the likes is not doing any brands any favor. Moreover, the later generation is living and breathing social media and to ignore marketing on social media is not an option.
Updating of posts in social media require some level of dedication. You can’t post one news item in a few months and expect people to remember and engage with your brand. You can’t also do the opposite and bombarded your followers with your news to fill up their walls. Moderation is the key.
