FingerTec recently participated in the Intersec Trade Fair & Conference in Dubai, UAE which took place in their world trade center. As my colleague, Benacer Douadi and I reached the city with the tallest skyscraper in the world, we were fascinated by the concrete jungle that surrounded us, giving the city the contemporary business look that it deserves.
The Intersec Dubai was participated by many companies from the security and fire rescue industry, and features security conferences, workshops, live SWAT demonstrations, and much more. The exhibition was attended by thousands of potential resellers, entrepreneurs, and a number of end-users. FingerTec received quite a bit of interest from the crowd, some who came especially to visit after having explored our website online, with many of them expressing their delight at our biometric technology, and also our bundled software, the TCMS V2.
However, the product that seemed to catch the most attention from the crowd was FingerTec’s Face ID 2. I guess it comes as no surprise, as facial recognition technology is still a novel flavor in the biometric market. Another popularly inquired about item was the FingerTec R2, which again, comes as little surprise as the R2 is after all our number one selling item!
Overall, the opportunity for FingerTec to take part in this exhibition was a great one as we received yet more exposure for our brand, in the city that is the hub of the middle east business.
