FingerTec Catches the Eyes of Those at the 5th Civil Defence Exhibition & Conference

From 2 to 4 November 2015, the 5th Civil Defence Exhibition & Conference was held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, Qatar. The event was a specialized exhibition that focused on promoting safety and security and drew a large number of participants globally. Over 1000 agencies and organizations from around the world were represented and took part of the event.

One such company is Intelligent Project, a company that provides quantitative solutions for time attendance, access control, surveillance system, information and technology services, audiovisual systems, GPS systems, automation parking systems, and many more related services on the same field. Part of the G4S, a world leading international security solutions group, which specializes in outsourced business processes in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat. G4S seek to make a difference by helping people to operate in a safe and secure environment where they can thrive and prosper.

Intelligent Project showcased FingerTec products during the event and has drawn the interest of various companies. Qatar is a growing country, and to accommodate this growth, a new, sustainable and efficient way of getting both people and freight around the country was needed. Established by Emiri decree in 2011, Qatar Rail was given the mandate to design and develop the country’s rail network, and after the rail projects are completed, manage, operate, and maintain them. Qatar Rail showed great interest in FingerTec’s biometrics devices to improve on their workforce management and access control.

Other companies that found FingerTec intriguing include the Qatar Ministry of Culture, which have requested the installation of a large quantity of Face ID 2 devices. The Ministry of Culture acts in its capacity of a central ministry that lays down cultural programs and implements them according to the promulgated laws; its activities in this field should be regarded as the main activity of the cultural policy of the State. Msheireb Properties is a real estate development company and a subsidiary of Qatar Foundation that also showed interest in FingerTec. The company was established as a commercial venture to support the foundation’s aims, as well as the goals of Qatar’s 2030 Vision.

FingerTec’s reliability is well known in all parts of the world and it is no surprise that companies, no matter how large or prominent, and those that are small and newly established, are looking to FingerTec for their security and workforce management systems.
