A new perspective for the Biometric industry

Televisions, computer monitors and cell-phones went on the same historical path by adding colors to its initial monochrome screen displays. The “coloring” process was more than just isplaying objects in colors, but it was one of the core processes to spark the convergence of technologies, finally transformed a single-usage electronic device to become a multimedia tool.

The same pattern is predicted to occur in Biometric products all over the world, exclusively in fingerprint time attendance system.

The “coloring” process in the new system, offering catchier graphical icons and time & attendance information than its predecessor, will eventually evolve to playing more vital and versatile roles in administration and human resources management for various corporations.

The fundamental roles to replace conventional time recorder to fingerprint time and attendance system are to help curbing imposter or buddy-punching activities, and simultaneously help saving millions of dollars every year for large corporations on top of complimenting their office automation process. The transition is still at its hype, but the color revolution can’t wait to take biometric devices to the next level of excitement.

From personalized short messaging such as meeting notifications and assignment notices, birthday greetings to broadcasting multimedia documentaries, commercial ads, and etc., customization of the contents according to the requirements of corporations opening up new windows of imagination. Communications within a corporation centralized on a multimedia platform also helps to enhance corporate culture, contrary to the scattered computer terminals that are attached to individual staff in an office.

I foresee that the fingerprint time & attendance machine will no longer be monotonous. And I have the confidence that the vast market would response positively to the color revolution of the biometrics machines.
