• Launched the very first face recognition device, Face ID 2 for Time Attendance & Door Access System
• Launched TCMS V3 Time Attendance
• Produced TA300, the standalone desktop Fingerprint Time Attendance Terminal
• From the monochromatic machine, colour models **** in TA100 series and AC100 series
• Fingerprint template capacity massive 4 fold improvement from 3,000 fingerprints to 12,000 fingerprints in one terminal
• Running trade shows in Dubai (UAE), Hannover (Germany), Moscow Ekspotsen (Russia), Taipei (Taiwan), Birmingham (UK), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), HoChiMinh City (Vietnam), Sydney (Australia), Istanbul (Turkey), Mumbai (India).

• Introduced Ingress Advanced Access Control Management Software and controllers to strengthen position in the access & security industry
• Developed FingerTec access control subsite, academia articles, webinar program to help FingerTec family get more acquainted with the Access Control industry

• Strengthened commitment to customers with a major revision of warranty period from 24 months to 36 months
• More resources were placed in the R&D to focus on cloud solutions

• Launched i-Neighbour Application Programming Interface (API) service
• Introduced TimeTec Controller BLE series to tap on the wireless Bluetooth connectivity
• i-Neighbour participated in the Cities 4.0 event
