Superb Product and Support
Cast recently decided to convert to an electronic time clock system (from paper timesheets) and chose the Model TA200 Plus. We have been extremely happy with this model. The ease of use for our employees and Human Resources/Payroll is exceptional. The support we have received from Fingertec is phenomenal. They are always quick to respond and have had limitless patience with our many questions as we learn the different reports and features of the model. Best unit and best Tech Support
I want to take this opportunity to express my opinion about FingerTec, both for the unit and for the USA support.
We, at Paola’s Restaurant in New York, have been using the TA 300 for over 1 year now and are extremely pleased with the unit and with the software application. Even though we need to move the unit very frequently, we never had any problem with it, it always works fine and it is very reliable. The software is very easy to use and it does everything that we need, The best of all is the technical Support that we received from the USA department. We had to reinstall the software after a failure of our PC – No backup available. The technical support was fast, immediate as a matter of fact, and superb. We were operational in less than 15 minutes.

Fantastic Fingertec
Downloaded and evaluated more then 6 clocking systems – found FingerTec to be one of the least expensive yet one of the most functional. Installed 3 TA103TCs for time reporting and payroll. The hardware is great; the software fantastic (love the Excel interface); and customer and technical support far exceed expectations. Absolutely gets my Top Rating for Time Management.
