Adding an ASP.net user into Windows Vista
If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, you will need to install an ASP.net user account to be able to install the TCMS V2 Viewer. To install the ASP.net user account, follow the steps below.

Go to your Control Panel and double click Internet Information Service.
 
Then double click Authentication.
 
Next, enable the ASP.NET option.
