Online software upgrade (Applicable to TCMS v2 version P onwards) |

Get connected to the Internet. |

Run TCMS v2. |
3. |
Click Internet Server icon, to connect to FingerTec® server. |

Follow instructions on screen to download and update your TCMS v2 |

Complete installation (Applicable to version lower than TCMS v2 P) |
1. |
Go to http://user.fingertec.com |
2. |
Download installation of TCMS v2.1.1 version U from Section Download. |
3. |
Remove old version of TCMS v2 from your computer by using “Add/Remove Program” in “Control Panel”. |
4. |
Do not delete TCMS v2 folder with its components inside computer after removing the older version of TCMS v2, for example C:\Programfiles\FingerTec\TCMSv2. This can prevent loss of database loss after new installation. |
5. |
Re-install the new version of TCMS v2 into the same folder, for example C:\Programfiles\FingerTec\TCMSv2. |
6. |
Start to run TCMS v2.1.1 version U. |
