TimeTec’s New Cloud Services for the Future
Time waits for no man, and technology advances so rapidly that a brand new invention can become outdated within months

Based on research of future trends in technology and security, TimeTec Computing has plans in creating solutions that will carry specific purposes in workforce management and security using cloud technology. As consumers are gradually moving into cloud technology and are drifting away from software purchases and installations, the demand for services to expand into niches within workforce management and security increases. This step is the obvious and necessary one to take in order to stay relevant in the business and to meet consumers’ demands.

Expanding on the TimeTec Time Attendance solution, four new cloud-based services are currently in development and expected to be introduced in 2016. These services are TimeTec Visitor Management System (VMS), TimeTec Patrol System, TimeTec Recruitment System, and TimeTec Leave Management System.

TimeTec VMS

TimeTec VMS is a service similar to Ingress VMS but with the advantages of cloud technology. Companies will be able offer visitors the option of preregistering their visits to the company, saving time during registrations and allowing a screening process to evaluate the visitors.

TimeTec Patrol

Also focusing on security is TimeTec Patrol designed to manage a company’s security force by utilizing NFC technology to create a system that allows security personnel to report and updated events in real time while also letting managers and administrators know their current whereabouts.

TimeTec Recruitment

On the side of workforce management is the TimeTec Recruitment solution designed to give organisations and companies an effective and user-friendly employee-hiring platform. Potential employees can apply for a posted position online by providing the correct information, making it easy for hiring managers to collect and view the data. This improves data management and reduces paperwork, lessening the hassle and time consumption.

TimeTec Leave Solution

Another solution for workforce management is the TimeTec Leave Management where employees are able to apply leave through the solution, letting administrators and managers evaluate the applications and approve or reject them at anytime, anywhere.

The flexibility of cloud technology ensures that the services and data are accessible anywhere, as long as the Internet is available. No longer do companies have to worry about lost of information, data security threats, and compatibility issues.
