As most of you might already know, FingerTec products come with a 28 month warranty policy on specified parts for resellers, and a 24month warranty policy for end-users. At FingerTec, we always strive to give you the best customer service we can, while keeping things cost effective for you. Our warranty system works as such where all you need to do is submit a warranty claim on our warranty claim website, and we’ll replace the faulty parts for you without any question, in your next order.
Part of our warranty policy (article 4.6) is that we require our resellers and distributors to return the faulty warranty parts to our headquarters in Malaysia, so that we can update our records accordingly. However, we understand that sending the parts back every time it starts malfunctioning can be troublesome and costly. Hence, our only request is that you collect and keep all the faulty parts and send them back every six (6) months to our headquarters in Malaysia, to keep things more efficient and cost effective.
If you are of opinion that some of the warranted parts are negligible and are too trivial to be sent back, you may be right. Nevertheless, to avoid complications, always drop and email to warranty@fingertec.com for a confirmation of this before getting rid of the faulty warranted parts.
