Last month we conducted our FingerTec Survey 2010, which was aimed to get a better perspective of FingerTec products and services from our client’s perspective. The response was great, and the outcome of the study showed that our survey objective was reached. Based on the feedback, one of the most common suggestions was that support hours for our products and services should be made available round the clock, to assist countries which have a different time zone.
We have since made our technical support team available during 9am – 10 pm locally for every day of the week! During those hours, our personnel are able to be contacted via email, and skype should you require any instant and urgent feedback about our FingerTec products and services.
