As most of you would know, FingerTec’s support services are mostly done online. We have our main support site for resellers at https://www.fingertec.com/microsites/ and we even have a support site dedicated to our end-users at https://user.fingertec.com/ . The benefit of conducting our support services online is that firstly, we are able to defeat the time zone differences between us and our foreign partners; secondly, these support services can be accessed round the clock, seven days a week; and thirdly, it is a low-cost method of providing our support services, therefore enabling us to maintain our competitive prices.

We do acknowledge, however, that a big disadvantage to this is that an internet connection must be established before you are able to access the support sites. To cater to this difficulty we at FingerTec will now also be compiling all our online resources into three CD’s at your request.

The three CDs will be: A technical tips CD, A marketing video CD, and A sales & product presentation CD. The technical tips CD, as mentioned above, will have all the technical tips content from our website https://tips.fingertec.com while our marketing CD will contain the videos that market our product to the end users. The sales & product presentation CD will contain our product listing, specifications of each product and so on. Now you’ll be able to carry all the contents of FingerTec’s Microsites and access them anywhere and anytime, without requiring an internet access.
