The TCMS V2 is one of the leading time attendance and access control management softwares in its industry. Over time, we have encouraged our users to submit requests if they need new features to be added, or if they have any feedback about the software. Now with the release of the latest version of the software, TCMS V2.2.021, we integrated all your requests and feedback to produce the one vastly improved and accelerated software.

And With over 40 new features and improvements and another 30 fixes for bugs and glitches, the latest version of the TCMS V2 is now catered to be extra user-friendly, practical, and easy to navigate.

Here are some highlights of the TCMS V2.2.021:

Increased User Friendliness
With an enhanced User Interface, the revamped TCMS has clear options to Edit, Save, Undo, Close and has an improved method of functioning.

Multiple Hourly Rates
Now the TCMS V2 can be customized to set different hourly rates for different Job Costs in the Remark table.

OFIS Scanner Support
OFIS Scanners are now supported by the TCMS V2 for enrollment and verification in both algorithms, VX9.0 and VX10.0.

Display Section Name
When you compile or print reports, the latest TCMS V2 allows you to include the Section name in the generated reports.

Changes in Attendance Sheet
Among the improvements in the Attendance sheet are the included In-Out tardiness records for job costs, and additional payroll features such as auto generation of payroll cycle for new users. You may now also send out the attendance reports directly via email as an attachement.

	Update Alerts Now, when you check for the latest TCMS V2 updates, the system will alert you if your TCMS version is up to date, or needs to be updated.
