If you’re a FingerTec reseller that has made many system installations before, you’ll probably find that one of the more tedious parts of an installation is setting up the TCMS V2 software to run and be automated smoothly. Why is that exactly?

Well the reason is simple. To setup the software, you need to communicate with the Human Resources department of your client to find out more about the working culture of the company. Details may get lost in translation.

Note: For the working schedules section under “Appendix” it is strongly recommended that the reseller provide full guidance and assistance to fill up the form. Working schedules can be tricky to understand and confusing to the non-technical end-user.
