Such companies are known to house a huge number of employees and this in turn comes with several issues pertaining to employees’ time and attendance. Productivity is crucial in order for manufacturing companies to succeed and with cases such as absenteeism and tardiness standing in the way of progress, this will cause the industry to suffer from losses.
