Level 3 CMMI Training for R&D

CMMI, synonym for Capability Maturity Model Integration is a program that improves the processes that occur within an organization or to put it simply, the ISO for software development. It provides guidelines on handling internal organization services as well as external customer service, and also provides guidance for measuring, monitoring and managing development processes within a company or department. Progressing in levels, the CMMI program is highly applicable to software engineering, although it has and is being widely used in other areas of applications as well.

When every single step of the software development is documented, tracked and analyzed, it will provide direct benefits to the company in terms of reduced cost, shortened schedule time and increased productivity. Documented errors and rectifications will in turn improved quality, customer satisfaction and return on investment.

With the understanding that CMMI is an important process in R&D and software development, FingerTec takes one step forward to engage our teams in CMMI training starting from 4th March onwards. The whole process will take us 9 months to complete but we believe that it will benefit our clients tremendously in the future.
