As some of you may have noticed, after a long period, we may discontinue one or two items from our products listing, or what we call, the end of life (EOL_ process). The EOL process consists of a series of technical and business milestones and activities that, once completed, make a product obsolete.

And of course a circumstance will arise when although discontinued, clients and end-users still using these models might face a technical difficulty for which they might need support in terms of spare parts, and technical knowledge and advice. This is where the EOL policy comes in handy.

FingerTec has now drawn out a policy that details out all our terms and conditions regarding our EOL items. Generally, we will provide technical support for our EOL products for a duration of 5 years from the end-of-sale date.
