| Gold’s Gym Strengthens Staff Discipline with FingerTec

| Gold’s Gym is a fitness centre chain established in Venice, California in 1965, the largest full service chain in the world with over 700 locations in 42 states and 28 countries. In the country of Armenia, Gold’s Gym has two branches, one in the Amiryan district and another in Komitas, both now are equipped with modern time attendance biometrics solutions. The chain chooses FingerTec TA100C to monitor the attendance of the gym’s staff that have to work in shift to cover the opening hours of the gym, which vary from 600 am to 1100 pm based on the operation days. The FingerTec TA100C devices are installed in the gym to make sure that their operations are carried out smoothly without any hiccups causing by staff’s absence.

The gym did not deploy any attendance system previously but moving forward the management feels that they have to track attendance of the staff to ensure time compliance and better customer as well as staff management. FingerTec TA100C is a fingerprint time attendance device that can contain up to 8K of fingerprint templates and 200K of transactions at any given time. FingerTec provides all customers 3-year limited warranty to all its hardware and every hardware comes complementary with a comprehensive management software. Gold’s Gym has been using TCMS V2 to manage all the data but they are shifting to TCMS V3 due to its better operation and connectivity.

| The installation of FingerTec at Gold’s Gym is completed by Megahertz or MHZ, a specialized computer center and the Company carries FingerTec as part of its IT/biometrics solution for the Armenian market.
