What exactly is TimeTec Cloud?
As its name suggest, TimeTec Cloud uses the latest trend of cloud-computing technology. No need to worry about storage, server maintenance, and backing up of data – TimeTec Cloud does all that for you with its Amazon EC2 powered cloud platform provider. The system is built with Microsoft .NET framework and MySQL Relational Database Management System for reliability and flexibility. Users can update and retrieve real-time information from anywhere in the world as long as there is internet connection. All you need to do is perform the initial configuration on your FingerTec terminal and you’re ready to experience the ultimate convenience in time attendance management.

With TimeTec Cloud, you can perform all the time attendance functions that were available in the TCMS V2 plus more. Setup clocking schedules to suit your working environment, generate a variety of reports such as tardiness reports and attendance reports all from one platform, and even export or setup the system to be integrated with a third party software or payroll program for an easy, automated and hassle-free payroll issuance.

Features TimeTec Web TimeTec Cloud
Storage of data Data is centralized on the end-users server, which will be initiated and configured in the setup stage Data is centralized on TimeTec Cloud server. Configuration just has to be done in FingerTec terminals to proceed.
Maintenance of server This is carried out by the end-user, whether it be by the IT support department or the FingerTec reseller that performed the initial setup. All maintenance is carried out by TimeTec Cloud on a regular basis.
Modification or updating of server The end-user has full control over the server, and is able to modify, upgrade or change any settings in their server as they require. TimeTec Cloud takes care of the server needs. Customization and upgrades cannot be done by the end-user. However, TimeTec Cloud carries out the necessary upgrades and maintenance on a regular basis.
Payment Payment is done based on the FingerTec reseller’s services such as setting up of server, installation services, etc. End users subscribe and payment is done on a monthly cycle, on a per user basis.
