Embracing Cloud for Data Storage

The FingerTec Cloud Center is Finally HERE!

As we have promised, starting from this month, FingerTec customers will have the option of choosing to store their data in the cloud whenever they register online at FingerTec Global Product Warranty.

Below is the list of terminals which data can be uploaded to the FingerTec Cloud Center. We will not entertain requests to have the FingerTec Cloud Center Non-Supported Products to be included in the list because of technical boundaries.

Customers will be able to keep safe their terminal information, transactions data and user data in the FingerTec Cloud Center as backup, making data lost and errors a thing of the past. Any mishaps in data handling can be solved at the snap-of-a-finger by simply retrieving the backup data. Please note that the data kept in the FingerTec Cloud Center is in its raw form and the data is only comprehensible when transferred to TCMS V2 or other compatible management software.

For a more advanced cloud-based time and attendance solution, TimeTec is the option to go, thus the option to choose TimeTec is available after customers register for the warranty online alongside with the FingerTec Cloud Center. At TimeTec, the data is always available online and accessible 24-7 from any Internet connection. TimeTec is a complete software that will provide you with not only the data availability and security but also all the features you need for time attendance, user data and scheduling for companies to manage their workforce effectively using automated tool like TimeTec. The FingerTec Cloud Center service is provided FREE of charge and the data in the center will be kept for 3 months based on the first in, first out rule.
