| The FingerTec model H2i has been found to have compatibility issues with i-Kiosk 100 Plus’s fingerprint templates and the error has been rectified with the latest firmware update. Both models have to be updated with the latest firmware for them to be working properly.
Without the new firmware, the i-Kiosk 100 Plus cannot verify users, who fingerprints were enrolled using H2i, or H2i cannot verify fingerprints that were enrolled via
i-Kiosk 100 Plus.
