| 1. Directly Posting Attendance Data to UBS Payroll (For Malaysia Market Only) |
| User can now post attendance data to UBS payroll directly without having to export those data to .TXT file first. This new feature provides convenience to customers who are already using UBS Payroll or wanting to purchase the payroll. Now TCMS v2 can link data straight to four brands of payroll including Founder DiGiPay, WinCom, MYOB and UBS. |

| 2. Connecting to m-Kadex |
| m-Kadex is the latest product in Kadex range. The product works similarly like the normal Kadex but it is not supplied with display LCD and numeric keypad. However, data from m-Kadex can be connected to TCMS v2 for settings configurations and processing of attendance. |

| The settings can be done in Advance Settings. Type of connection can be configured here including determining door lock delay timer, anti-passback, administrator card and turning off alarm output from m-Kadex. |

| 3. Importing users from Excel/ASCII with additional details |
|
| |
|
| TCMS V2 allows only a limited importation of user details such as user ID, name, employee number, department, section, group, rate/hour and date issued/suspend. The latest improvement allows other information to be included such as social security number, ID number, phone number, email, address and vacation date. A sample is as shown below. |
