| Throughout the 5 years of working together, we have only communicated with the FingerTec teams through social media and emails, and that was really enough for us to get all the support that we needed to satisfy our market here in Jordan with these solutions, and because everything is available on the Internet and through the micro sites, then literally everything is in our hands, which make things easy for us.
During these times, we were learning from the professional teams and in fact we are still learning from them. The best part was the accuracy andthe fast answers, which helped us win the trust of our customers.

When we started offering these solutions in Jordan five years ago, no other company in Jordan was working in this industry and the fingerprint solutions were something advanced and strange for many customers. Now many companies in Jordan are using FingerTec solutions and they are happy with the quality and services. We focus on both time attendance and door access control system and the best part of it all is the versatility of the TCMS V2 software. In fact, we are scheduling for our clients that require management of their staff’s attendance or door access system such as hotels, hospitals, banks, private companies of all kinds, restaurants and governmental sectors. |

| The marketing approach of FingerTec is very modern and Euro Jordan is very much in sync with what FingerTec is trying to achieve. Our marketing is accomplished via email shots and also through our resellers. At present, Euro Jordan is handling quite a number of active resellers that cover the entire market and we still encourage to have more resellers in the far cities as Irbid and Aqaba. And the fact that FingerTec is venturing into other types of biometrics (i.e. Face ID) provides us with flexibility to expand to different areas of the market that have issues with contact biometrics. Face verification solution will be very helpful for many factories in Jordan that have some problems with fingerprints because some employees’ fingerprints are comprised due to their line of work. Finally I had the chance to meet the team on June 2010. I was lucky to visit this great company in Malaysia and they made me feel like one of their family. I want to thank them for the great hospitality. I personally like one of Albert Einstein’s sayings “Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better”. To me, Malaysia is one of the best countries to discover the amazing nature. I had the best time of my life in Malaysia and definitely will come back for more. |
